[OTRS 2.4.9] email notification when open new tickets

Dear Sir/Madam,

I think it's common for a customer to send email to other people (supervisors) while he open a new ticket.
Is there any way to achieve this?

from the web interface? No. From email? he can always cc his supervisor. It *might* be possible to use a Notification Event but no promises on how tedious that might end up being.
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.
