OWNER view dissappear, please guide

Hi all,

I am unable to view the OWNER link in my TicketMenu module of TicketZoom Page(from where we change the ticket ownership to other agent), please guide whats wrong with the system.

Check Frontend::Module###AgentTicketOwner in sysconfig and in doubt reset to defaults. Should do the trick.
